We currently accept Interac e-Transfer, with credit and debit card payments coming soon. After ordering, you’ll receive e-Transfer instructions with the payment email and a reference number.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment. Standard shipping within Canada takes 2–5 business days, with tracking and temperature-controlled packaging on every order.
Our peptides are stored at -20°C and shipped in insulated containers with ice packs. On arrival, store lyophilized peptides at -20°C, protected from light.
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement.
